The Herrmann Team is a real estate team with Home Avenue Flat Fee Realty, a Minnesota-licensed real estate brokerage.

*The $4,000 listing fee does not include buyer-broker compensation. Sellers should also plan for buyer-broker compensation, which is commonly around 2.5–2.7%, depending on the transaction. We’ll help you understand your options based on your goals and current market conditions.

We help you decide what should be completed before listing, measure the home, coordinate professional photography, prepare the MLS listing, and make sure your home is ready for buyers to see.

Step 3

Showings and Offers

We coordinate showing access through ShowingTime, communicate with buyers’ agents, review each offer with you, explain the important terms, and negotiate with your goals in mind.

Step 4

From Accepted Offer to Closing

Once you accept an offer, we help keep the transaction moving by coordinating inspections, appraisal, deadlines, communication, final details, and closing preparation.
